Menu 04 · High summer 2026
Morrow cooks from the Dutch coast and nearby fields: precise, generous food served without ceremony in the heart of Rotterdam.
Tables are released on the first Monday of each month for the month ahead.

The house
At Morrow
Our menu starts with what arrived that morning. Fish comes from small North Sea boats; vegetables, leaves and flowers travel from growers no more than a few hours from the dining room.
The cooking is modern but recognisable. Preservation carries one season into the next, the room stays relaxed, and every detail is there to make the table feel easy.

“Hospitality begins before the first plate: in the pace of the room, the welcome at the door and the confidence to let good ingredients speak clearly.”
— Elisa Hart, dining room director

Close to home
Westland leaves, Hoeksche Waard grains, fruit from Betuwe and fish landed along the North Sea coast form the practical map of Morrow. We buy directly where we can and name the work behind each plate.
